I am very happy with my futon/frame purchase. I called the store and someone helped me find a frame that was in stock and was able to ship the futon to me in a couple of days. And received it 3 business days later, right before Christmas.

Purchased 2 bean bag chairs for Christmas Gifts the employee was so informative and helpful on the different chair options and he was very honest on the wear and tear of the product. I would highly recommend shopping at The Futon Shop!

I shopped at The Futon Shop in Burlington in person today and I am very happy with my purchase. Brian was super helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. He made sure that my futon package was exactly what I needed. The futon is very good quality and the matress is very comfortable. I was able to assemble with almost no difficulties. I would recommend the Futon Shop in Burlington to anyone looking for futon.

Surely an established business would update their holiday hours on Google or put some CLEAR indication on their website (came to find there is a barely noticeable update at the very bottom of the page)Neither was the voicemail updated. It takes me driving an hour one way and walking up to the door and reading a printed piece of paper to find out they are closed until Jan 3rd. Absolutely ridiculous.

Staff were great, the ordering simple. The futon itself, (mission style, maple) is extremely solid and well made. The instructions are just OK, not specific to model, and there is one step that is very vague or unrepresented, (which side to put the spring /hinge assembly). By right side do they mean the right side when I'm looking at it or sitting on it?" We chose a better material and firm mattress. It's dense-dead-firm

Excellent quality bean bag chairs for the kids. Much higher quality than Costco and more comfortable. They are really pieces of furniture that the kids will use for a very long time.

Earlier this year we purchased 2 poly soft mattresses from The Futon Shop. Loved them so much that we bought another one with the frame. The staff, especially Julio, are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and are so nice to deal with. Excellent products and excellent service.

We went with the Okinawa Futon/bed with The Futon Shop.While expensive, the futon was solid, and we loved our purchase. Initially had an issue with the drawer on the unit. We purchased a warranty. Contacted The Futon Shop. They sent a replacement which solved the problem. Well worth the price!

Thank you so much Anne and Ron! We are very pleased with the futon we purchased. It is very comfortable and has been used in both forms within its first week of use. Everything we wanted was in stock and we were able to load up right away. It is wonderful to be able to shop locally and get domestically produced items. The futons are made by the shop and the frame we got comes from a from a company in Stayner. Highly recommend The Futon Shop as the first place to shop if you are considering a futon.
