David was amazing and super nice and helpful. Top quality mattresses for really reasonable prices - I didn't think we would find a gel mattress for our son within our budget but David made it happen! I will never buy a mattress anywhere else - THIS is THE BEST place to buy your new bed! Highly recommend, I tell all my family and friends to go there.

Needed a cheap yet good quality mattress in a pinch good enough for the next 1.5 years of student life! David made the purchase over the phone easy and stress-free! He literally spent hours on the phone with me to talk me through various mattress types that would meet my needs. He was patient, thorough, and gave sound advice that made me fee confident about my purchase. Same day delivery too, which was a huge bonus! Best place in London to buy a mattress.

We walked in with the intention of it being the first of a few places in our mattress shopping but there was no reason to look further after meeting Dave! Dave showed us several options and was very knowledgeable based on our needs and inside of a half an hour our mattress shopping was done! On top of that, they delivered it the same day! We won't buy another mattress from anyone but Dave going forward, thanks Dave!!!

I strongly recommend this store!!!!I’ve been there three times for 3 years.When I got here the first year, I was struggling in English, but he was really patient and carefully listened to my voice what I was looking for. The mattresses that he recommend me were really great. So I went there two times more for two mattresses in a great deal !!!

The selection is quite decent given the size of the store. Also, their proces more than make up for the lack of a fancy showroom.The staff is also extremely helpful in you finding what you need and very friendly.I'd definitely recommend this store for mattresses and I'll be back when in need of a mattress again.

Covid has made customer service challenging, so it was such a happy surprise to receive excellent service from David yesterday. He not only offered great advice, he arranged for my purchase to be delivered to our Grand Bend cottage within hours of the purchase! This kind of customer service isn’t available at big box stores and I am glad I stumbled across the website. Not sure when I will next need a mattress, but it will be an easy decision where to buy it.

Extremely helpful and exceptional service!! Was in a jam after being told by a big box mattress store that they would not be able to get me a split box spring for another week. I phoned around and Worldwide Mattress Outlet offered a significantly lower price than any other store I checked with and they had them in stock! Which was impressive considering it isn't a large store. The owner is an absolutely lovely man and it's clear he cares that you receive fantastic customer service and can find what you're looking for. Will absolutely go back for all things mattresses in the future.

Dave is a super nice man, and very knowledgeable about how to get the right mattress to suits your needs! We even got half off a bunch of items we needed. There is a wide variety of different beds and sizes to choose from, and a very comfortable shopping environment. You are encouraged to lay on and try the mattress before you buy.
