My wife and I are repeat customers. Neil has supplied our family with at least 5 mattresses over the years. We have a fifth wheel RV trailer and needed a new mattresses. RV trailer mattresses are custom sized and so we shopped around at RV dealer for a mattresses. They were so much money and really not great quality. So back to Canadian Bedding we go and without hesitation Neil is able to not only have a custom mattresses made for us; but at a fraction of the cost of the RV dealer.If you are looking to upgrade the mattresses in your RV, go to see Neil at Canadian Bedding; you will not be disappointed and will enjoy having the best sleep ever. Bought two Sealy mattresses from them and they were competitively priced. The salesperson was courteous and showed us options within our budget.A suggestion to the management though is that you could probably have more staff. Even if it was fine with me, it probably wouldn't be okay for every customer to help lift the matresses and also put it back because of shortage of employees.Also, if it was okay for the salesperson to ask for help lifting up the matresses in the store, it could've been okay to help the customer to move the matresses to the desired floor at the time of delivery. Help was denied in the pretext of covid protocols. Took off one star due to this.Overall, I would say it was a four star experience.

We bought a mattress and box , the quality is great and it was delivery when they promised. However, I tried to return the box and it is very high for my bed (9”) but they don’t take anything back , no exchanges or refunds , honestly I had no idea that exists different highs on box’s (5 & 9”) so be careful …and I just pay attention to the price and not sure why they charged more that if I would buy the items separated and also they charged me $49.99 when their web site says free local delivery on orders over $299 (my order was more than $1,000), definitely it was a learning experience and we won’t buy anything again there

I’m glad I found this store close to home when I was looking for a new mattress and box spring for my daughter. I wanted to support local businesses, especially during these difficult times. Nick and Neil provided me with amazing service from my very first phone call and appointment. They helped me with all my questions and I ended up placing a custom order to exactly what I was looking for, at a price I was extremely happy with. I bought 2 mattresses plus wooden frames of different price. They charged me $140 for the wooden box frame and $200 for the other one. When I asked, they said it is the same. I am not sure why they charged more for the same frame on the expensive mattress that I bought. Please be careful and be precise while buying. Don’t get tricked. Guy at register, sales and delivery are all same. Products are good though.That’s why I give 1 else it is zero.

Very helpful and patient people. Great selection for any budget and they will try to find you the best option for your budget.Gave me free delivery even though I didn't know that they had a coupon for that on their website.Delivered on time. We moved into an empty house and this was very important to us as we would have been without a bed and pillows for the night.Prices were really good too. Haven't seen anything anywhere for the same price with the same quality.

I purchased a full sized bed frame and mattress from Nick. He was very helful and walked my elderly mother through selecting a mattress. He was very thorough in his explainations of the different features and compositions of the mattresses. My mother made her choice based on Nick's guidance. The mattress was delivered in-store faster than expected and I was notified via a phone call from Nick. Upon pick-up, Nick even included a sheet set free of charge. Nick provided great customer service and very personable demeanor. I would highly recommend Canadian Bedding for all your bedding needs.

The father-and-son tandem of Neil and Nick facilitated a delivery that was a logistical nightmare on my end (including 2 cancellations/re-schedules from me). They were understanding and patient all the way through. 10/10 customer service! Will be returning for sure... great guys.
